1、設備概況介紹

投影拼接融合處理器又稱邊緣融合處理器。主要功能(néng)是將(jiāng)多台投影機顯示單元拼接融合成(chéng)一個超高分辨率的邏輯顯示器,且能(néng)确保每個畫面(miàn)圖像質量不受損失。可以實現超高分辨率電子地圖、地理信息系統、工業流程圖、工業監控信息等全屏幕的清晰顯示。系統具備融合邊帶羽化、顔色矯正、幾何校正等功能(néng)。相對(duì)于融合和拼接分離的融合系統,具有系統結構模塊化,緊湊、調試簡單、易升級維護等優勢。

2、融合帶羽化處理

融合帶的羽化處理,是將(jiāng)兩(liǎng)個投影機投射畫面(miàn)的重疊部分,分别做圖像強度的線性變化,讓兩(liǎng)個投影機投射的畫面(miàn)重疊部分圖像強度與融合帶兩(liǎng)側沒(méi)有經(jīng)過(guò)重疊部分的圖像強度相一緻,最後(hòu)産生一個強度均勻,色彩一緻的融合畫面(miàn)。内置多條線性Gamma曲線,以适應各種(zhǒng)不同類型的投影顯示技術,如液晶投影、DLP技術投影、激光投影等

3、投影機亮度及顔色輔助調整

支持色域校正技術,由于生産工藝原因,即使使用同品牌同型号同批次的投影機,兩(liǎng)台投影之間也會(huì)存在色差,通過(guò)現合處理器自帶的色域校正系統,可對(duì)每一台投影機輸出的畫面(miàn)做獨立調整,從而使多台投影機輸出的色彩一緻,融合後(hòu)圖像顔色一緻性更好(hǎo)。

4、任意幾何校正

支持任意曲面(miàn)圖像矯正,獨立生成(chéng)網格,可任意設置節點完成(chéng)局部調整,在異形幕上進(jìn)行圖像校正,支持各種(zhǒng)異形融合模式。

5、全同步數據處理技術

拼接融合處理器是單時(shí)鍾純數字圖像處理設備,所有信号在系統主時(shí)鍾的控制下同時(shí)進(jìn)行處理,做到了系統全同步效果,從而從根本上消除了信号不同步問題。在播放高速動态視頻時(shí),圖像整齊、流暢,不存在圖像撕裂現象。

6、純硬件架構,穩定可靠

具備優異的圖像處理性能(néng),完全規避PC架構啓動速度慢、硬件沖突、計算機病毒的困擾、計算機用久之後(hòu)越用越卡的問題。

2、Fusion with feather treatment.

  The feathering processing of the fusion belt is to make linear changes in the image intensity of the overlapping parts of the images projected by two projectors respectively, so that the image intensity of the overlapping parts of the images projected by two projectors is consistent with the image intensity of the non-overlapping parts on both sides of the fusion belt, and finally produce a fusion picture with uniform intensity and consistent color. Built-in multiple linear Gamma curves to adapt to various types of projection display technology, such as liquid crystal projection, DLP technology projection, laser projection, etc.

3、Auxiliary adjustment of projector brightness and color.

  Color gamut correction technology is supported. Due to the production process, even if the projectors of the same brand and same model with the same batch are used, there will be color difference between the two projectors. Through the color gamut correction system of the present processor, the output picture of each projector can be adjusted independently, so that the color output of multiple projectors is consistent, and the color consistency of the image after fusion is better.

4、Arbitrary geometric correction.

  Support any curved surface image correction, independent grid generation, arbitrary node can be set to complete local adjustment, image correction on the special-shaped screen, support a variety of special-shaped fusion modes.

5、Fully synchronous data processing technology.

  The splicing and fusion processor is a single clock pure digital image processing equipment. All signals are processed simultaneously under the control of the main clock of the system, so as to achieve the full synchronization effect of the system, thus fundamentally eliminating the problem of signal asynchronism. When playing high-speed dynamic video, the image is neat and smooth, and there is no image tearing phenomenon.

6.、Pure hardware architecture, stable and reliable.
